Horse's Neck

Ingredients

• Brandy60ml
• Ginger Beer120ml
• Angostura Bitters
• Lemon
• Ice

Garnish

Instructions

1. Peel a Lemon in one long spiral and drape it over the rim of a highball glass so that the end curls inside.
2. Fill the glass with Ice.
3. Pour in the Brandy.
4. Top with Ginger Beer.
5. Add a dash of Angostura Bitters.
6. Stir gently to combine.
