Mojito Extra

Ingredients

• Lemon Juice30ml
• Dark Rum
• Angostura Bitters
• Mint Leaves
• Club Soda

Instructions

1. Place Mint Leaves and Lemon Juice in a highball glass.
2. Muddle gently to release the Mint oils.
3. Fill the glass with Ice and pour in the Dark Rum.
4. Top with Club Soda and add 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters.
5. Stir gently and garnish with a Mint sprig.
