Ingredients

• Gin45ml
• Sweet Vermouth30ml
• Maraschino Liqueur7.5ml
• Angostura Bitters
• Lemonoptional
• Cocktail Cherryoptional
• Ice

Garnish

Instructions

1. Chill a coupe glass.
2. Fill a mixing glass with Ice.
3. Add Gin, Sweet Vermouth, Maraschino Liqueur, and a dash of Angostura Bitters.
4. Stir for 20–30 seconds until well chilled.
5. Strain into the chilled coupe glass.
6. Garnish with a Lemon twist and a Cocktail Cherry.
