Ingredients

• Gin45ml
• Dry Vermouth30ml
• Maraschino Liqueur7.5ml
• Absintheoptional
• Orange Bitters
• Lemonoptional
• Cocktail Cherryoptional
• Ice

Garnish

Instructions

1. Rinse a chilled coupe glass with a small amount of Absinthe and discard the excess.
2. Fill a mixing glass with Ice.
3. Add Gin, Dry Vermouth, Maraschino Liqueur, and a dash of Orange Bitters.
4. Stir for 20–30 seconds until well chilled.
5. Strain into the prepared coupe glass.
6. Garnish with a Lemon twist and a Cocktail Cherry.
