Ingredients

• Gin45ml
• Sweet Vermouth7.5ml
• Dry Vermouth7.5ml
• Orange Juice22.5ml
• Angostura Bitters
• Orangeoptional
• Ice

Garnish

Instructions

1. Chill a coupe glass.
2. Fill a shaker with Ice.
3. Add Gin, Sweet Vermouth, Dry Vermouth, Orange Juice, and a dash of Angostura Bitters.
4. Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds.
5. Double strain into the chilled coupe glass.
6. Garnish with an Orange twist.
