Mojito

Ingredients

• White Rum60ml
• Lime Juice22.5ml
• Soda Water60ml
• Sugar
• Mint Leaves
• Limeoptional
• Ice

Garnish

Instructions

1. Place Mint Leaves, Sugar, and Lime Juice in a highball glass.
2. Gently muddle to release the mint oils without shredding the leaves.
3. Fill the glass with Ice.
4. Pour in the White Rum.
5. Top with Soda Water and stir gently.
6. Garnish with a Mint sprig and a Lime wheel.
