Ingredients

• White Rum44ml
• Triple Sec7ml
• Lime Juice
• Sugar5ml
• Egg White
• Mint Leaves

Instructions

1. Add the White Rum, Triple Sec, Lime Juice, Sugar, Egg White, and Mint Leaves to a shaker without ice.
2. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
3. Add ice to the shaker and shake again for 15 seconds until well chilled.
4. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
5. Garnish with a mint sprig.
