Flying Scotchman

Ingredients

• Scotch Whisky30ml
• Sweet Vermouth30ml
• Simple Syrup1ml
• Bitters

Instructions

1. Fill a mixing glass with Ice.
2. Pour in the Scotch Whisky, Sweet Vermouth, Bitters, and Simple Syrup.
3. Stir for 20-30 seconds until well chilled.
4. Strain into a coupe glass.
