Ingredients

• Scotch Whisky44ml
• Sweet Vermouth30ml
• Dry Vermouth30ml
• Orange Bitters

Instructions

1. Fill a mixing glass with Ice.
2. Pour in the Scotch Whisky, Sweet Vermouth, and Dry Vermouth.
3. Add 2 dashes of Orange Bitters.
4. Stir for 20-30 seconds until well chilled.
5. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
