Highland Fling Cocktail

Ingredients

• Scotch Whisky44ml
• Sweet Vermouth22ml
• Orange Bitters
• Olive

Instructions

1. Fill a mixing glass with Ice.
2. Pour in the Scotch Whisky and Sweet Vermouth.
3. Add a dash of Orange Bitters.
4. Stir for 20-30 seconds until well chilled.
5. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with an Olive.
