Ingredients

• White Rum60ml
• Sweet Vermouth30ml
• Orange Bitters
• Orangeoptional
• Ice

Garnish

Instructions

1. Chill a coupe glass.
2. Fill a mixing glass with Ice.
3. Add White Rum, Sweet Vermouth, and a dash of Orange Bitters.
4. Stir for 20–30 seconds until well chilled.
5. Strain into the chilled coupe glass.
6. Express an Orange peel over the drink and drop it in.
