Ingredients

• White Rum30ml
• Sweet Vermouth15ml
• Lemon
• Sugar5ml
• Egg White

Instructions

1. Fill a shaker with Ice.
2. Pour in the White Rum, Sweet Vermouth, and Sugar.
3. Add the Egg White and the juice of half a Lemon.
4. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
5. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh Ice.
