Rum Old-fashioned

Ingredients

• White Rum44ml
• Wray & Nephew White Overproof Rum5ml
• Sugar2ml
• Bitters
• Water5ml
• Lime

Instructions

1. Place a sugar cube in a rocks glass and saturate with Bitters.
2. Add the Water and muddle until the sugar is dissolved.
3. Fill the glass with Ice and pour in the White Rum and Wray & Nephew White Overproof Rum.
4. Stir gently for 20-30 seconds until well chilled.
5. Express a Lime peel over the drink and drop it in.
