Hemingway Daiquiri

Ingredients

• White Rum60ml
• Grapefruit Juice45ml
• Lime Juice15ml
• Maraschino Liqueur15ml
• Limeoptional
• Ice

Garnish

Instructions

1. Chill a coupe glass.
2. Fill a shaker with Ice.
3. Add White Rum, Grapefruit Juice, Lime Juice, and Maraschino Liqueur.
4. Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds.
5. Double strain into the chilled coupe glass.
6. Garnish with a Lime wheel.
