Raspberry Julep

Ingredients

• Bourbon59ml
• Simple Syrup15ml
• Mint Leaves

Instructions

1. Place the Mint Leaves and Simple Syrup in a shot glass.
2. Muddle gently to release the mint oils.
3. Fill the glass with crushed Ice.
4. Pour in the Bourbon.
5. Stir gently and garnish with a Mint sprig.
