Mint Julep

Ingredients

• Bourbon75ml
• Mint Leaves
• Sugar
• Ice

Garnish

Instructions

1. Place Mint Leaves and Sugar in an old fashioned glass or silver julep cup.
2. Gently muddle the mint to release its oils.
3. Fill the glass with crushed Ice.
4. Pour in the Bourbon.
5. Stir gently until the glass frosts.
6. Garnish with a generous bouquet of fresh Mint sprigs.
