Ramos Gin Fizz

Ingredients

• Gin45ml
• Lemon Juice15ml
• Lime Juice15ml
• Simple Syrup22.5ml
• Soda Water60ml
• Heavy Cream30ml
• Egg White
• Lemonoptional
• Ice

Garnish

Instructions

1. Add Gin, Lemon Juice, Lime Juice, Simple Syrup, Heavy Cream, and Egg White to a shaker.
2. Dry shake vigorously without Ice for at least 30 seconds to emulsify.
3. Add Ice to the shaker and shake again for 15–20 seconds until very cold.
4. Strain into a chilled highball glass.
5. Top with Soda Water to create a frothy head.
6. Garnish with a Lemon twist.
