Ramos Fizz

Ingredients

• Gin45ml
• Lime Juice15ml
• Lemon Juice15ml
• Simple Syrup30ml
• Cream60ml
• Soda Water
• Egg White
• Water
• Vanilla Extract

Instructions

1. Pour all ingredients (except soda) in a mixing glass, dry shake (no ice) for two minutes, add ice and hard shake for another minute.
2. Strain into a highball glass without ice, top with soda.
