🥃 coupe🔧 shaken🌡️ cold🍷 ≈32% ABV

Ingredients

  • Gin59ml
  • Cream10ml
  • Sugar5ml
  • Lemon
  • Egg White
  • Water

Instructions

  1. Add the Gin, Cream, Sugar, Lemon Juice, and Egg White to a shaker without Ice.
  2. Dry shake vigorously for 15 seconds to emulsify the Egg White.
  3. Add Ice to the shaker and shake again for 20 seconds until well chilled.
  4. Strain into a coupe glass.
  5. Top with a splash of Water.
