Old Fashioned

Ingredients

• Bourbon60ml
• Angostura Bitters
• Sugar
• Orangeoptional
• Cocktail Cherryoptional
• Ice

Garnish

Instructions

1. Place a sugar cube in an old fashioned glass and saturate with 3 dashes of Angostura Bitters.
2. Add a splash of water and muddle until the sugar is dissolved.
3. Fill the glass with Ice and pour in the Bourbon.
4. Stir gently for 20–30 seconds until well chilled.
5. Express an Orange peel over the drink and drop it in with a Cocktail Cherry.
