Oaxaca Old Fashioned

Ingredients

• Tequila Reposado45ml
• Mezcal15ml
• Angostura Bitters
• Agave Nectar7.5ml
• Orangeoptional
• Ice

Garnish

Instructions

1. Place Agave Nectar and a dash of Angostura Bitters in a mixing glass.
2. Add Tequila Reposado and Mezcal.
3. Fill the mixing glass with Ice and stir for 20–30 seconds.
4. Strain into a rocks glass over a large Ice cube.
5. Express an Orange peel over the drink and drop it in.
