Morning Glory Fizz

Ingredients

• Scotch Whisky45ml
• Absinthe7ml
• Lemon Juice22ml
• Simple Syrup15ml
• Soda Water30ml
• Egg White15ml
• Ice

Instructions

1. Add Scotch Whisky, Absinthe, Lemon Juice, Simple Syrup, and Egg White to a shaker without Ice and dry shake for 10 seconds.
2. Add Ice and shake again vigorously for 15 seconds.
3. Strain into a chilled highball glass without Ice.
4. Top gently with Soda Water to create a thick foamy head.
