Instructions

  1. Add Bourbon, Absinthe, Grenadine, Lemon Juice, and Egg White to a shaker without Ice and dry shake for 10 seconds.
  2. Add Ice and shake again vigorously for 15 seconds.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  4. Grate fresh nutmeg over the top.
