Irish Maid

Ingredients

• Irish Whiskey60ml
• Lemon Juice22.5ml
• Simple Syrup15ml
• Elderflower Liqueur15ml
• Cucumber
• Mint Leavesoptional
• Ice

Garnish

Instructions

1. In a shaker, lightly muddle Cucumber slices with Mint Leaves and Simple Syrup.
2. Add Irish Whiskey, Lemon Juice, and Elderflower Liqueur.
3. Fill the shaker with Ice and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds.
4. Double strain into a rocks glass over fresh Ice.
5. Garnish with a Cucumber slice and a Mint sprig.
