Ingredients

• Irish Whiskey45ml
• Sweet Vermouth22.5ml
• Green Chartreuse15ml
• Lemonoptional
• Ice

Garnish

Instructions

1. Chill a coupe glass.
2. Fill a mixing glass with Ice.
3. Add Irish Whiskey, Sweet Vermouth, and Green Chartreuse.
4. Stir for 20–30 seconds until well chilled.
5. Strain into the chilled coupe glass.
6. Garnish with a Lemon twist.
