The Laverstoke

Ingredients

• Gin50ml
• Elderflower Liqueur15ml
• Sweet Vermouth15ml
• Tonic Water75ml
• Lime
• Ginger Root
• Mint Leaves

Instructions

1. Fill a wine glass with Ice.
2. Pour in the Gin, Elderflower Liqueur, and Sweet Vermouth.
3. Top with Tonic Water.
4. Garnish with a Lime wedge, a slice of Ginger Root, and Mint Leaves.
