Irish Coffee

Ingredients

• Irish Whiskey45ml
• Coffee120ml
• Sugar
• Heavy Cream30mloptional
• Nutmegoptional

Garnish

Instructions

1. Pre-warm an Irish coffee glass with hot water, then discard.
2. Add Sugar to the glass.
3. Pour in freshly brewed hot Coffee and stir to dissolve the sugar.
4. Add Irish Whiskey and stir gently.
5. Float Heavy Cream on top by pouring it slowly over the back of a spoon.
6. Grate fresh Nutmeg on top.
