Irish Car Bomb

Ingredients

• Stout Beer240ml
• Irish Whiskey22.5ml
• Baileys Irish Cream22.5ml

Instructions

1. Fill a pint glass halfway with well-chilled Stout Beer and let the head settle.
2. In a separate shot glass, combine Irish Whiskey and Baileys Irish Cream.
3. Drop the shot glass into the pint glass.
4. Drink immediately before the cream curdles.
