Ingredients

• Bourbon45ml
• Lemon Juice22ml
• Simple Syrup15ml
• Champagne60ml
• Ice

Garnish

Instructions

1. Add Bourbon, Lemon Juice, and Simple Syrup to a shaker with Ice.
2. Shake well for 12 seconds.
3. Strain into a chilled champagne flute.
4. Top gently with Champagne and garnish with a lemon twist.
