Ingredients

• Bourbon60ml
• Lemon Juice22.5ml
• Honey22.5ml
• Lemonoptional
• Ice

Garnish

Instructions

1. Fill a shaker with Ice.
2. Add Bourbon, Lemon Juice, and Honey.
3. Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until the honey is fully dissolved.
4. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh Ice.
5. Garnish with a Lemon twist.
