  1. Fill a shaker with Ice.
  2. Pour in the Bourbon, Lemon juice, Sugar, Port Wine, and Egg White.
  3. Shake vigorously until well chilled.
  4. Strain into a highball glass filled with Ice.
  5. Top with a splash of Water.
