Ingredients

• Scotch Whisky74ml
• Dry Vermouth7ml
• Lemon

Instructions

1. Fill a mixing glass with Ice.
2. Pour in the Scotch Whisky and Dry Vermouth.
3. Stir for 20-30 seconds until well chilled.
4. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
5. Express the Lemon peel over the drink and drop it in.
