Bamboo

Ingredients

• Sherry45ml
• Dry Vermouth30ml
• Orange Bitters
• Lemonoptional
• Ice

Garnish

Instructions

1. Chill a coupe glass.
2. Fill a mixing glass with Ice.
3. Add Sherry, Dry Vermouth, and a dash of Orange Bitters.
4. Stir for 20–30 seconds until well chilled.
5. Strain into the chilled coupe glass.
6. Garnish with a Lemon twist.
