Diamond Fizz

Ingredients

• Gin45ml
• Lemon Juice22ml
• Simple Syrup15ml
• Champagne45ml
• Soda Water45ml
• Ice

Instructions

1. Add Gin, Lemon Juice, and Simple Syrup to a shaker with Ice.
2. Shake well for 10 seconds.
3. Strain into a chilled highball glass over fresh Ice.
4. Top with equal parts Soda Water and Champagne, stirring gently to combine.
