Instructions

  1. Chill a champagne flute.
  2. Place a Sugar cube at the bottom of the flute.
  3. Saturate the sugar cube with a few dashes of Angostura Bitters.
  4. Slowly top with well-chilled Champagne.
  5. Garnish with a Lemon twist.
