Ingredients

  • Bourbon59ml
  • Lemon
  • Sugar5ml
  • Egg White
  • Lemon
  • Cocktail Cherry

Instructions

  1. Fill a shaker with Ice.
  2. Pour in the Bourbon, Lemon Juice, Sugar, and Egg White.
  3. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
  4. Strain into a coupe glass.
  5. Garnish with a Lemon slice and a Cocktail Cherry.
