Instructions

  1. Rim a coupe glass with Sugar (optional).
  2. Fill a shaker with Ice.
  3. Add Cognac, Cointreau, and Lemon Juice.
  4. Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds.
  5. Double strain into the prepared coupe glass.
  6. Garnish with a Lemon twist.
