Rum Toddy

Ingredients

• White Rum59ml
• Sugar10ml
• Lemon
• Water10ml

Instructions

1. Place a sugar cube in a rocks glass and saturate with Lemon juice.
2. Add the Water and muddle until the sugar is dissolved.
3. Fill the glass with Ice and pour in the White Rum.
4. Stir gently for 20-30 seconds until well chilled.
5. Garnish with a Lemon wheel.
