Remember the Maine

Ingredients

• Rye Whiskey45ml
• Sweet Vermouth22.5ml
• Maraschino Liqueur15ml
• Absintheoptional
• Cocktail Cherryoptional
• Ice

Garnish

Instructions

1. Chill a coupe glass.
2. Fill a mixing glass with Ice.
3. Add Rye Whiskey, Sweet Vermouth, Maraschino Liqueur, and a dash of Absinthe.
4. Stir for 20–30 seconds until well chilled.
5. Strain into the chilled coupe glass.
6. Garnish with a Cocktail Cherry.
