Ingredients

• Dark Rum45ml
• Sherry30ml
• Lime Juice15ml
• Ice

Garnish

Instructions

1. Add Dark Rum, Sherry, and Lime Juice to a mixing glass with Ice.
2. Stir until very cold, about 25–30 seconds.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
4. Garnish with a lime wheel.
