Kentucky Colonel

Ingredients

• Bourbon89ml
• Bénédictine15ml
• Lemon

Instructions

1. Fill a shaker with Ice.
2. Pour in the Bourbon and Bénédictine.
3. Squeeze in the Lemon and drop the peel into the shaker.
4. Shake vigorously until well chilled.
5. Strain into a coupe glass.
