Ingredients

• Dark Rum45ml
• Campari22.5ml
• Pineapple Juice120ml
• Lime Juice15ml
• Simple Syrup15ml
• Ice

Garnish

Instructions

1. Fill a shaker with Ice.
2. Add Dark Rum, Campari, Pineapple Juice, Lime Juice, and Simple Syrup.
3. Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds.
4. Strain into a tiki mug filled with crushed Ice.
5. Garnish with a pineapple wedge or frond.
