Coffee Cocktail

Ingredients

• Cognac45ml
• Port Wine45ml
• Simple Syrup15ml
• Egg White15ml
• Ice

Garnish

Instructions

1. Add Cognac, Port Wine, Simple Syrup, and Egg White to a shaker without Ice and dry shake for 10 seconds.
2. Add Ice and shake again vigorously for 15 seconds.
3. Strain into a chilled wine glass.
4. Grate fresh nutmeg over the top.
