Clove Cocktail

Ingredients

• Sweet Vermouth30ml
• Gin15ml
• Red Wine15ml

Instructions

1. Fill a mixing glass with Ice.
2. Pour in the Sweet Vermouth, Gin, and Red Wine.
3. Stir for 20-30 seconds until well chilled.
4. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
