Ingredients

• Gin59ml
• Lemon Juice15ml
• Maraschino Liqueur5ml
• Orange Bitters
• Egg Yolk

Instructions

1. Fill a shaker with Ice.
2. Pour in the Gin, Lemon Juice, Maraschino Liqueur, and Orange Bitters.
3. Add the Egg Yolk.
4. Shake vigorously until well chilled.
5. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
