Tequila Fizz

Ingredients

• Tequila Blanco59ml
• Lemon Juice
• Grenadine22ml
• Ginger Ale
• Egg White

Instructions

1. Fill a shaker with Ice.
2. Pour in the Tequila Blanco, Lemon Juice, Grenadine, and Egg White.
3. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
4. Strain into a highball glass filled with Ice.
5. Top with Ginger Ale and stir gently.
