Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Fill a shaker with Ice.
  3. Add Gin, Lime Juice, and Simple Syrup.
  4. Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds.
  5. Double strain into the chilled coupe glass.
  6. Garnish with a Lime wheel.
