Brandy Sour

Ingredients

• Brandy60ml
• Lemon Juice22ml
• Simple Syrup22ml
• Egg Whiteoptional
• Ice
• Cocktail Cherryoptional
• Lemonoptional

Garnish

Instructions

1. Add Brandy, Lemon Juice, Simple Syrup, and Egg White to a shaker without Ice and dry shake
2. Add Ice and shake again vigorously
3. Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh Ice
4. Garnish with a Cocktail Cherry and a Lemon wheel
