Brandy Crusta

Ingredients

• Brandy45ml
• Maraschino Liqueur15ml
• Cointreau15ml
• Lemon Juice22.5ml
• Lemonoptional
• Sugaroptional
• Ice

Garnish

Instructions

1. Rim a coupe glass with Sugar using a Lemon wedge, and curl a long Lemon peel around the inside of the glass.
2. Fill a shaker with Ice.
3. Add Brandy, Maraschino Liqueur, Cointreau, and Lemon Juice.
4. Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds.
5. Double strain into the prepared coupe glass.
